MN is the best place to build a healthcare startup
Healthcare.mn is committed to driving healthcare innovation through creating community, building connections, educating, and representing the needs of healthcare startups in Minnesota.
We are over 1,400 strong
Local healthcare entrepreneurs founded Healthcare.mn in 2012 to create a community that encourages, supports, and sustains early stage startups. What began as 25 startup founders grew to include folks from large healthcare companies and individuals enthusiastic about healthcare innovation.
Glafira Marcon is on an intentional and strategic path to understanding and solving health problems that impact underserved populations. She is developing a tool called the Community Resource Finder, which allows frontline workers to connect their clients with organizations that address the social determinants of health. Previously, Glafira worked as a Consultant in the Health Sector at The World Bank in DC and Brazil, and as a Navigator at a community health center in Saint Paul. Glafira was born and raised in San Francisco to Russian immigrants and relocated to the Twin Cities in 2009 to study International Health and Development at Macalester College.
